JADE-0207. Dec 09-11, 2002.
 - Originalily, this session was scheduled as 4 
   station(Ts-Ai-Cc-S3) session(Dec10.7:00 - 24 hours). 
 - KASHIM11, GIFU11, TOMAKO11, USUDA64 and VERAMZSW 
   also joined this session and expand the session 
   duration(Dec09.23:45 - 31 hours).
 - No observation at SINTOTU3. Becase of no fringing.

 - I got the database ver.4 which is completed
   initial analysis by Koyama at CRL.
 - But the database has 3 defects.                                        
   1. different database code from regular                                
      JADE experiment(XF)                                                 
   2. CALC version is 8.2 which cannot load                               
      current version SOLVE.                                              
   3. Mizusara and Usuda station has different                            
      site name.                                                          
 - I rename the database code and site names,                             
   and then re-CALC the database.                                         
 - Almost all observations at CHICHI10-VERAMZSW,                          
   the quality code is 1 because of low PCAL signal                       
   at VERAMZSW station.
