JADE-0203. Jun 12-13, 2002. 
 - SINTOTU3 station has a clock brake at 22:24.
 - CHICHI10 station's data is only 3 hours long.
   So I didn't use CHICHI10 baseline data.
 - Weighted RMS residuals of both baseline(Ts-Ai, Ts-S3)
   are too large(>> 100 ps). I don't know the reason.
 - Originally only 4 station(Ts-Ai-S3-Cc) participated                   
   in this experiment. But GIFU11 and TOMAKO11 also                      
   participated in the session. The database $02JUN12XG/SG 
   included GIFU11 and TOMAKO11 baselines.
